Second trip to the wheat beer well delivered an Uertl special.

I learned my lesson from Pale Ale night ad kept my known entity till last.
Unertl create fanastic heavy weiss, this was a magnificent end to the evening.
Chewy malt, light hop, biog body. Scrummy

One that was stuck in draft for 18 months!! Oops The Irish craft beer (and cider...icky) festival was held last weekend at the RDS. Greatest observation for me was that there were 40 odd all Irish stands. Dwarfing anything of recent times attended by any johny foreigner blow ins  ☺ Meeting friends. Some live music. Innis & Gunn

Took a short break to Edinburgh recently,  the castle, some meals out. A bit of culture. There are some 2010/11 posts down below of Innis & Gunn I had always enjoyed. However these are next impossible to find nowadays in Dublin. So on this trip a visit to the taphouse was a requirement It's still lovely stuff and even better on tap.
