Sticking on a Pale Ale train of thought, I followed he Odell with the

bottle of Blue Heron. Now it had a tough act to follow after the 5 Barrel special and whilst it couldn't quite match it, it still delivered

Pale Ale with gusto. Slightly paler in colour and body it reminded me mostly of Brooklyn lager (which is the heaviest hopped lager I know - and love)
